The website and the demo walkthrough

The marketing site went live as a static export, 34 routes in total. Every product screen on it runs at the size we build at, because the working interface carries the argument a screenshot cannot. The demo walkthrough takes one record from the field to a finished report.

  • 34 routes shipped, from features and the comparison to templates and docs
  • A three-stage demo walkthrough: capture, indicator, report
  • Terms and cookies pages, written to be read
  • The blog, opening with the first six articles

The product fragments and the design system

We built the product before the words around it. The six dashboard views and the field capture screen used across this site are working components at real size, not screenshots. The visual language settled in the same pass.

  • Six dashboard views: executive, indicator, programme, data quality, geographic and case
  • The interactive field capture screen, with its offline queue and sync state
  • The design system settled: IBM Plex Sans, green and gold on paper

The plan

We wrote the roadmap and published it before writing the marketing site. Five phases over eighteen months, in the order we intend to build them, with the feature list for each phase on display. Collection and dashboards come first, because nothing else works if the data never arrives.

  • Five phases, months 1 to 18, published in full
  • Collection and dashboards first: the survey builder and the offline Android app
  • Then indicators and reporting, case management, the AI suite, and enterprise controls

What is next

Next up is Phase 1 on the roadmap: the survey builder, the offline Android app, AI survey generation and the data quality checks. Each one gets an entry here on the day it ships.

  • The survey builder, with XLSForm import and export
  • The offline Android app, with background sync
  • AI survey generation from a sentence or a CSV
  • Data quality checks: duplicates, outliers, missing values
